Stretch Senior

Stretch Senior is our development finance facility that allows a borrower to draw down funds when they need them and at a higher leverage than many other senior lenders. These loans are typically secured by way of a 1st charge (senior loan) over the development site.

Mezzanine Finance

Mezzanine Finance is designed to sit behind a senior development finance facility. This allows a borrower to take on further leverage reducing their equity requirement. These loans are secured by way of a 2nd charge (junior loan) behind a senior lender.

Equity Release

Our Equity Release product is a debt facility which allows a borrower to release equity tied up in a real estate asset. Our loan will require a charge (1st or 2nd) over the asset being borrowed against.

Bridging Loans

Bridging Loans are a short term borrowing solution to ‘bridge’ a funding gap for property developers and investors. Our bridging loans are typically secured by way of a 1st charge (senior loan), or 2nd charge (junior loan) over a real estate asset.
